Refund policy

Every Kyun piece is printed on demand — made for you after you order. That doesn't change your rights: if something isn't right, we'll fix it.

14-day return window

You may cancel or return your order, for any reason, up to 14 days after the day you (or someone you designate) receive it. This applies to every order, worldwide. After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email hello@kyun.studio with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions may not reach us. A plain email is enough; if you prefer, you may also use the EU model withdrawal form.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
You're welcome to try items on as you would in a fitting room. If an item's value is diminished by handling beyond that, we may deduct that loss from your refund.
Return shipping for standard returns is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service — the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we've received your return — or you've provided proof of sending it — we'll refund you within 14 days. The refund covers the full amount you paid for the returned items, and includes the original standard shipping cost when the entire order is returned. Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in. If you used a discount code, the refund reflects the amount you actually paid.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@kyun.studio with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping — in most cases you won't need to send anything back. This never limits your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity in the EU.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us as quickly as possible — production usually starts within 48 hours. If we can stop your order before production, we'll cancel and refund it immediately. Once your order has been produced or shipped, the 14-day return process above applies.

Exchanges

Because each item is produced to order, we don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order. Unsure about sizing before you buy? Check the size chart on the product page or email us — we're happy to help you choose.
