Shipping policy
Every Kyun piece is printed on demand — production starts when you order. Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time, as set out below.
Production time
Each item is made for you after you order. Most orders are produced within 48 hours; in busy periods production can take up to 5 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Zone 1 — €4.95, free on orders of €65 or more (order total after discounts). Shipping time after dispatch: 6–12 business days. Zone 1 countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Lithuania, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, China, Thailand and Malaysia.
- Rest of the world — flat rate €9.95. Shipping time after dispatch: 10–30 business days.
Prices and shipping costs are shown in your local currency at checkout where supported. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, our carriers unfortunately can't deliver there yet.
Address accuracy & order changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@kyun.studio immediately — we can usually correct details before production starts, but not once your order has shipped.
Orders with multiple items
Orders containing several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You only ever pay one shipping fee per order.
Customs & import charges
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees set by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or lost shipments
If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order appears lost, email hello@kyun.studio. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.
