Terms of service

These terms of service ("Terms") apply to every order placed through kyun.studio. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Our identity and contact details are listed on the Contact information page.

1. About our products

Every Kyun item is printed on demand: production starts after you place your order. Minor variations in print placement and color between individual items are inherent to on-demand production and do not constitute defects, provided the item matches the product images and description in all material respects. Care instructions are listed on the product page and care label; damage caused by not following them is not covered.

2. Ordering and contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, payment issues, an undeliverable address, or unavailability at our production partner — if we cancel, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown to customers in the European Union include VAT where applicable. For deliveries outside the EU, prices exclude import duties and local taxes (see our Shipping policy). Prices may be displayed in your local currency at checkout; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Obvious pricing errors are not binding: if a price is evidently wrong due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, and will offer you the chance to reorder at the correct price.

4. Delivery

Production and delivery times, shipping rates and destinations are set out in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you designated.

5. Returns and withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal and our returns process are set out in our Refund policy.

6. Legal guarantee and complaints

We are required to deliver products that conform to the contract. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, apply in full. If something is wrong with your order, email hello@kyun.studio; we respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork and content are the property of Kyun or its licensors. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these Terms and every order. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
